3d Signals combines hardware (dEdge) and software (dView) into a plug & play machine digitalization solution that gives immediate visibility into the production floor of manufacturing industries to decrease machine downtime and increase productivity. Customers benefit from real-time visibility into the status of every machine on the production floor, complete with BI reports, alerts and optimization tools. The 3d Signals solution enables digitalization of any type of machine, regardless of type and model, in a matter of hours, through the quick and non-invasive deployment of off-the-shelf sensors that record the machine status in real-time. The dEdge IoT data acquisition system collects signals from the sensors, and transfers them for analysis and presentation on the AI-based cloud platform dView, for maximum manufacturing efficiency at a fast RoI.
