By partnering with a broad range of machine builders and industrial equipment manufacturers around the world and specifically in Germany, CoreTigo is now addressing a diverse set of solutions designed for factory automation, such as wireless intelligent machine tooling, wireless transport, and conveyor systems, wireless devices on Robots, Collaborative Robots and AGVs, and wireless machine retrofit.

What is the value you bring to your customers?

CoreTigo’s IO-Link Wireless communication brings F&B processes, such as packaging, to a new level of speed. Changeover and setup times are eliminated or carried out parallel to production. It enables manufacturing facilities maximum machine flexibility to support a variety of products, increased production capacity, and predictive maintenance. Furthermore, fewer mechanical components are needed outside the movers, which reduces machine footprint and maintenance. All these are driving adaptive manufacturing even further by enabling small batches at a high capacity with maximum production line flexibility in order to handle different product types and configurations. By using CoreTigo’s Hardware and Software technology, machine builders are increasing their productivity by 35% while reducing their machine footprint by 15%.
