By applying machine learning to novel data created by on-chip Agents™, proteanTecs provides meaningful insights and visibility, leading to higher levels of quality and reliability, at better power-performance and lower costs. While in the field, proteanTecs continues to monitor those systems, alerting on faults before they develop into failures for true predictive maintenance. These actionable insights & alerts help to optimize processes and increase efficiency.

proteanTecs’ software platform leverages machine learning to offer electronics visibility, from within. Users gain insights and alerts allowing them to take immediate action to maximize profit, ensure supply and improve performance, quality and reliability – all while reducing costs.

Chip and system vendors can reduce DPPM by 10x, improve performance yields, optimize and track performance and reliability margins and significantly shorten TTM. Users can, for instance, gain visibility into small, marginal or latent defects that would go undetected before, enabling advanced parametric outlier detection, without compromising yield.
